Ingredients

2 cucmber pealed and diced

2 cups of yogurt

salt

1 table spoon dried mint

1 smashed garlic clove

half acup water

Directions

just add all the ingredients together and stir them gently

when I moved to the U.S. I discovered that they have hundreds of yogurt falvors...vanilla, chocolate, peach...etc... I was disgusted because I thought there is only one flavor and that is "plain yogurt" I cant imagine making this salad with peachy sweetish yogurt it'll be just yucky hahaha :-)
