These ice cream treats will liven up a barbecue or party, Try with your favorite flavor of ice cream and any crunched up candy you like.

Ingredients
  • 1(9oz.)pkg.chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 quart ice cream
  • 1(12 oz) pkg mini chocolate chips

Directions
  1. On a cookie sheet,place 15 wafers flat side up. Working quickly,top each wafer with a small scoop of ice cream. Top each sandwich with another wafer,flat side down. Gently push the top wafers down till the ice cream comes to the edge of the cookie. Freeze for 1 hour,or till firm. Roll each ice cream sandwich in mini chips so all exposed ice cream is covered. Cover and freeze till ready to serve.
