- Russell bread crumbs: shopping list
- 1375 gm Chinese bread crumbs shopping list
- 100 gm garlic powder shopping list
- 50 gm sweet paprika shopping list
- 50 gm salt shopping list
- 10 gm black pepper shopping list
- 20 gm dry basil shopping list
- 150 gm parmesan cheese shopping list
- Mix all Ingredients together. shopping list

- 150 gm red onion shopping list
- 300 gm shrimp shopping list

How to make it
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until soft.
- Add oregano , black pepper and stir for one minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until red then add fish.
- Add water and chicken stock and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the mixture in food proceed for one minutes until soft.
- Bring one toast bread and put 15 gm. Of the filling .
- Put another toast on top and remove the wedges of toast bread.
- Mix 1 egg with 300 ml. of milk.
- Put the bread inside the egg wash.

- fry the russel but be sure it cover by oil.
- keep what you want to use in the cooler for 15minutes.
