Cant Tell Its Gluten Free Fried Chicken

- 1 quart buttermilk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper, Hot Shot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, Jane's Crazy Salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup potato starch shopping list
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, Jane's again shopping list
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper, Hot Shot again shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granuated garlic shopping list
- 6 chicken breast halves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken overnight or at least a few hours.
- Mix dry ingredients. When chicken has marinated, place dry ingredients in bag, then chicken and shake well to coat, covering completely. Remove breast from bag and place on rack for 20 minutes to set coating.
- In the meantime, put canola oil in an electric skillet about an inch up the side. Set control to 375 degrees and bring oil to temperature.
- Carefully place each piece of chicken in skillet skin side down. Fry on each side until golden brown. Don't hurry it.
