How to make it

- PUT IN PAN AND COVER WITH WATER AND BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES WITH LID OFF THEN SIMMER FOR FURTHER 5 MINUTES WITH LID ON PAN
- THEN TURN OFF THE HEAT AND STEAM FOR 5 MINUTES
- DO NOT REMOVE LID FOR THIS.
- THEN FORK THROUGH TO LOOSEN THE GRAIN
- MEANWHILE CUT 4 NEW POTATOES INTO STICKS AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES IN SUNFLOWER OIL.
- ADD 8 ASPARAGUS SPEARS CUT INTO 3 CM. LENGTHS
- SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER.
- STIR MIXTURE INTO RICE AND SERVE WITH MINT AND CORIANDER LEAVES SCATTEED ON TOP
- A BOWL OF YOGHURT AND CUCUMBER SALAD ON THE SIDE.
- ADD SLICED FRESH GREEN CHILLIES FOR A LITTLE HEAT IF DESIRED.
