Ingredients
  • one medium sized whole weat pita bread
  • salsa (I use the chunky mild salsa)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers (you can use the color of your choice )
  • reduced fat mozarella
  • 1 chopped green onions

Directions
  1. Turn oven on 350*
  2. Evenly spread salsa on whole weat pita bread
  3. Evenly spread the chopped bell peppers and green onions
  4. cover with cheese
  5. Place on a cooking sheet and place in oven
  6. Cook for 15-20 or until the crust is crispy
  7. Enjoy!

I quite often make my pizza on a pita or even an tortilla and then grill it so the crust gets nice and crunchy! This sounds great!
