- 2 cups peaches -- mashed & heated shopping list
- 1 cup raisins -- partly cooked shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Mash and heat peaches. Add rasins. Beat eggs. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Add peach and raisin mixture to sugar egg mixture.
- Sift together flour, spices, salt, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well and put in a 9x13-inch baking dish or a bundt pan. Bake 30 minutes or longer(depending on the baking dish used) at 350 degrees.
