- 3 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 3tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 250 gm mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 5 tbsp. parmesan cheese shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 500 gm shrimp shopping list
- 3 large eggplant shopping list
- 6 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 pec. Chopped onion shopping list
- 2 pcs. fresh garlic shopping list
- 2 pcs. carrots cut to circle shopping list
- 1 cup fish stock shopping list
- 2 tbsp. tomato baste shopping list
- 2 pcs. celery cut to small slices shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomato shopping list
- 1 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- Punch salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Slice eggplant and grilled with olive oil
- Grilled carrots, celery and onion for 5 minuets
- Add fish stock and chopped tomato, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper and make fire low and cook for 20 minuets add shrimp.
- While that melt the butter add flour and cook for 1 minute
- Add milk and put it with mascarpone cheese and mix well
- Put the filling in a slice of eggplant and roll it
- Put the cheese sauce and parmesan cheese.
- Cook in the oven until cheese become golden brown.
