Merediths Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup whipping cream

3 tbsp butter (cut up)

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

dash of salt

1/2 cup sifted cocoa

Directions

Stir whipping cream and butter over moderate head until just boiling

Stir in sugars and salt until completely disolved (test for granules)

Reduce heat and briskly stir in cocoa until well mixed.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.
