Shrimp And Artichoke Fettucine Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lb cooked large shrimp
  • 2 cups canned drained artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • fettucine

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter
  2. Stir in flour, paprika, salt, basil and oregano
  3. Add milk and cook til thickened
  4. Add Cheese
  5. Stir til melted
  6. Add wine
  7. Add shrimp and artichoke hearts and cook until heated through
  8. Serve over fettucine

Count me in again. i always have some cooked shrimp as well as uncooked shrimp in the freezer. now i will have something to do with the cooked ones other than serving them with cocktail sauce or salad. thank you again. you're great!
