Shrimp and Artichoke Fettucine

- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 lb cooked large shrimp shopping list
- 2 cups canned drained artichoke hearts (not marinated) shopping list
- fettucine shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter
- Stir in flour, paprika, salt, basil and oregano
- Add milk and cook til thickened
- Add Cheese
- Stir til melted
- Add wine
- Add shrimp and artichoke hearts and cook until heated through
- Serve over fettucine

count me in again. i always have some cooked shrimp as well as uncooked shrimp in the freezer. now i will have something to do with the cooked ones other than serving them with cocktail sauce or salad. thank you again. you're great!
