How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter
  • Stir in flour, paprika, salt, basil and oregano
  • Add milk and cook til thickened
  • Add Cheese
  • Stir til melted
  • Add wine
  • Add shrimp and artichoke hearts and cook until heated through
  • Serve over fettucine

    count me in again. i always have some cooked shrimp as well as uncooked shrimp in the freezer. now i will have something to do with the cooked ones other than serving them with cocktail sauce or salad. thank you again. you're great!
