How to make it

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and crystallized ginger. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and butter and mix well. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. If too thick, add additional milk a tablespoon. at a time
  • Preheat griddle & cook.
