How to make it
- Pre-heat a moderate oven 180C. Grease two baking trays.
- Put dry ingredients (except the bicarbonate of soda) in a large mixing bowl and mix.
- Melt the butter over a low heat. Stir in the golden syrup and bicarbonate of soda, pour into dry ingredients and stir until all holding together. Put tablespoonfuls onto the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
