Layered Mexican Casserole Recipe

Layered Mexican Casserole Recipe
I make this casserole when I am hosting a get together, it is so yummy. It probably shouldn't be classified as a main dish, but I could eat it for dinner. It works well as an appetizer though, and there is never any left over.
