Ingredients

10 c all purpose flour

6 Tbs baking powder

1 1/2 Tbs salt

1 1/2 tsp cream tartar

1/4 cup sugar

Cut in 2 c shortening

Directions

Store in large covered container at room temperature.

To measure baking mix, pile lightly into a cup and level with a spatula.
