Very nice and very impressive potato dish that goes great with just about everything. This recipe can be doubled, triped and even more to make a large batch decadent side dish sure to please all.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes with bell peppers
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (can use any cream of soup)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 large white onion chopped
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place in well greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
