Bruschetta with Peaches and Cream

- 1 cup ricotta cheese blended with 2 tablespoon orange juice shopping list
- 1 ripe peach sliced shopping list
- 4 slice crusty white bread shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring cheese and peach to room temperature.
- Grill or broil the bread until lightly toasted on both sides.
- Spread cheese on the warm bread then sprinkle with salt and arrange peach slices on top.
- Serve immediately.
