Makes 30 to 35 . Very very ez to make . And the best part is , can be kept for weeks ( in a cool place away from sun ) .

Ingredients
  • 100 g white chocolate melted
  • 100 g glace ginger
  • 100 g dark chocolate melted
  • 100 g dried mixed fruits or raisins , sultanas or toasted chopped nuts ( almonds , macadamia etc )

Directions
  1. Add the ginger to the slightly cooled white chocolate .
  2. Add the dried fruits/nuts into slightly cooled dark chocolate .
  3. Spoon the mixture into small paper cups .
  4. Leave to set .
  5. Store in an air tight container .
