Butternut and Feta Bake

- 1 butternut, skinned and cut into small chunks shopping list
- 1 round of feta cheese shopping list
- 1 TBSP fresh thyme shopping list
- 3 TBSP fresh chives, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 TBSP butter shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the butternut until half cooked.
- Drain and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Crumble the feta cheese on top and sprinkle with thyme, chives and garlic.
- Mix together the cream, egg, salt and pepper and pour over the butternut.
- Dot with the butter.
- Place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve warm
