How to make it

  • Mix butter, flour and baking powder with the milk and make a fine paste. Don't make it too watery or too thick.
  • Make balls out of the paste. Fry in oil till brown.
  • Remove oil using absorbent paper.
  • Make sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar. Add cardamom powder (or any essence) while preparing syrup.
  • Add the balls to the syrup.

    I love gulab jamon, my sister once tried a recipe from youtube. the result lookes really really amazing. but it was very hard from inside unlike the ones we buy from indian restaurants! any tips?
