A cheesecake bar thats simple n very tasty.

Ingredients
  • 2 rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough.
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Unwrap cookie dough n place in freezer for a short bit to help with slicing.
  2. Mix cream cheese,eggs sugar and vanilla ,beat well.
  3. Spray o lightly grease a 13x9" cake pan.
  4. Slice one roll of cookie dough into 1/4" slices and cover bottom of pan, don't press together.
  5. Pour cream cheese batter over them.
  6. Slice other roll of cookie dough and place on top of batter.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
  8. Cool n chill.
  9. Cut into bars.
