    Nuitblancha, you are a genius! I love rhubarb, and always looking for new ways to use it - I saw your sorbet and printed it out to try this weekend, then the farmer's market stand was out of it when I got there this morning...I was so disappointed! Now I am REALLY on a quest to find some, because this "by-product" recipe is making me drool - fantastic post...thank you so very much (from a true rhubarb lover!)...Krum
