See my recipe for Rhubarb Sorbet - this is what you do with the leftover juice. Or maybe after a few of these you will say the sorbet is what you do with the leftover fruit. Bahilar!

I love rhubarb, and always looking for new ways to use it - I saw your sorbet and printed it out to try this weekend, then the farmer's market stand was out of it when I got there this morning...I was so disappointed!
