How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add capellini- cook according to package directions. Add the clams for the last 30 seconds of cookin; drain & transfer to large bowl.
  • Meanwhile, combine the cheese, tomato juice, vinegar, salt, oil, and pepper in bowl. Pour over pasta and clams. Add the tomatoes, parsley, and basil; toss to combine.
