Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. capellini
  • 1 (10 oz) can whole baby clams, drained
  • 1/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup reduced-sodium tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add capellini- cook according to package directions. Add the clams for the last 30 seconds of cookin; drain & transfer to large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the cheese, tomato juice, vinegar, salt, oil, and pepper in bowl. Pour over pasta and clams. Add the tomatoes, parsley, and basil; toss to combine.
