A basic corn pudding recipe from Bill Siddell. I ♥ corn pudding-- the texture is so light and fluffy, sort of. Corn is such a delectable summer veggie, but with my braces, it is way too messy to eat on the cob. Ewww... I look for other ways to fit ... More

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 heaping tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Mix together, put in a casserole dish and bake about 1 hour at 350.
