Peanut Butter Rocky Road Ice Cream Pie

Easy summer time recipe for a quick dessert when you don't want to heat up your house by running that big oven. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 quart rocky road ice cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 small container Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Soften 1 quart of ice cream and mix in the peanut butter and Cool Whip.
- Pour into pie shell. Freeze at least one hour.
