Easy summer time recipe for a quick dessert when you don't want to heat up your house by running that big oven. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 quart rocky road ice cream
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell

Directions
  1. Soften 1 quart of ice cream and mix in the peanut butter and Cool Whip.
  2. Pour into pie shell. Freeze at least one hour.
