Tangy Venison Stroganoff

- 1.5 lbs boneless venison steak, cubed shopping list
- 1 medium onion sliced shopping list
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 4.5 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish shopping list
- Hot cooked noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Place venison and onion in a slow cooker. Combine the next seven ingredients; pour over venison. Cover and cook on high for 3-3.5 hrs or until meat is tender.
- In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, sour cream and horseradish; mix well. Gradually stir into venison mixture. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer or until sauce is thickened. Serve over noodles.
