This is a wonderful sauce to baste or bake on chicken or fish. I've bottled this and given as it as a gift and it's very popular! Remember! Never cook with wine you wouldn't drink! You can easily enlarge this recipe. Read more I've stared with at least a cup of mustard. See less

- 1/2 Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup good quality olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (may use white wine vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons dried mustard
- 1 tablespoon plus, chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon plus, chopped tarragon

Ingredients

1/2 Dijon mustard shopping list
1/3 cup good quality olive oil shopping list
1/4 cup dry white wine (may use white wine vinegar) shopping list
2 tablespoons dried mustard shopping list
1 tablespoon plus, chopped basil shopping list
1 tablespoon plus, chopped tarragon shopping list

How to make it

Combine all ingedients in food processor.
Process until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
Use with chicken or fish.
Store in refrigerator.
