Frozen Mint Chocolate Mousse

- 1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1 tsp (5 mL) peppermint extract shopping list
- 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, syrup and peppermint extract. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon equal portions into 6 or 8 individual serving dishes.
- Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately.
- *Optional garnishes:
- Chocolate shavings, whipped cream, a mint leaf, a mint truffle, a chopped York Mint patty, a chocolate or vanilla wafer, an Oreo cookie, a few mini marshmallows.
- (I added a cup of mini marshmallows to this recipe and it came out great! You get more mousse and a lighter texture.)
