How to make it

  • Put cream, sugar and vanilla into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Beat with an electric mixer on high for about 30 seconds.
  • Beat again, adding milk, one Tbsp at a time, until the whipped cream is the consistency you want.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate until ready to use.
