How to make it

  • cut thin slice off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out pulp and seeds. invert and drain on paper towels.
  • fry bacon until crisp let cool and crumble.
  • in a small bowl combine bacon, mayonnaise, chives, cheese, parsley and tabasco.
  • mix well.
  • spoon mixture into tomato shells
  • refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors meld
  • plate and serve
