This Haitian dish can be as spicy or as mild as you want. It is usually eaten for lunch with "pate" which is fried dough filled with onions or fish, with Louisiana Hot Sauce. (Use recipe with caution; I haven't tried to recreate it myself yet! Read more ) See less

oooh! ive had pikliz b4! my momma be makin it nd it sooo spicy! oh nd we had it 4 dinner nd ive neva had pate filled wit onions. only fish, ground beef, or chicken. is it gd?
