Haitian Pikliz Spicy Coleslaw Recipe
Add Step-by-Step Photos

This Haitian dish can be as spicy or as mild as you want. It is usually eaten for lunch with "pate" which is fried dough filled with onions or fish, with Louisiana Hot Sauce. (Use recipe with caution; I haven't tried to recreate it myself yet!)
