super easy bbq shrimp done in te oven great served with a side salad and a loaf of crusty french bread for dippin in the sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of medium sized shrimp (remove head but leave shell on body.)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary stripped from stem
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon and its juice

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. layer the shrimp on the bottom of a casserole dish
  3. in a sauce pan mix the remaining ingredients and stir until butter melts and sauce is hot.
  4. pour mixture over shrimp
  5. place shrimp in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
  6. remove and stir
  7. place back in oven and continue cooking another 15 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  8. plate and serve
  9. add a side salad and a loaf of crunchy french bread.
  10. dip the bread into the sauce mix the shrimp cooked in.
  11. enjoy
