Creamy Crockpot Mac and Cheese

- 2 cups elbow macaroni (an 8 oz. box isn't quite 2 cups) shopping list
- 1/2 stick of butter shopping list
- 2 12 cups (10 oz.) sharp cheddar shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup whole milk shopping list
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil macaroni and drain.
- In saucepan, mix butter and cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- In slow cooker, combine cheese/butter mixture, eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard, pepper.
- Stir well.
- Add macaroni and stir again.
- Set on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
