How to make it

  • Peel and slice potatoes 1/4" thick.
  • Boil potatoes in broth with 1/4 teaspoon salt for 8 minutes.
  • Drain well them toss warm potatoes with vegetable oil and onions.
  • Dissolve remaining salt and sugar in lemon juice then pour over potatoes.
  • Marinate salad 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve at room temperature.
