Bavarian Potato Salad

- 4 cups potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup red onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and slice potatoes 1/4" thick.
- Boil potatoes in broth with 1/4 teaspoon salt for 8 minutes.
- Drain well them toss warm potatoes with vegetable oil and onions.
- Dissolve remaining salt and sugar in lemon juice then pour over potatoes.
- Marinate salad 2 hours before serving.
- Serve at room temperature.
