Ingredients
  • White Oats - 1 cup
  • Potatoes - 2
  • Green peas
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Ginger - half inch piece
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Salt
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water

Directions
  1. Boil water with potatoes and green peas. Peel the skin of potatoes alone and mash them.
  2. Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. (Add little water)
  3. Chop green chillies finely.
  4. Soak oats in hot water for twenty minutes. Keep 2 tbsps apart.
  5. Mix the soaked oats, ginger-garlic paste, salt, mashed potatoes, peas and oil. Make thick batter.
  6. Make round, flat shapes. (or any desired shape)
  7. Apply corn flour and the remaining oats on each piece.
  8. On a frying pan, with a little oil, fry the pieces.
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup.
