Oats Cutlet

- White oats - 1 cup shopping list
- potatoes - 2 shopping list
- green peas shopping list
- corn flour - 2 tbsp shopping list
- Green chillies - 2 shopping list
- ginger - half inch piece shopping list
- garlic - 6 cloves shopping list
- salt shopping list
- oil - 2 tbsp shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water with potatoes and green peas. Peel the skin of potatoes alone and mash them.
- Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. (Add little water)
- Chop green chillies finely.
- Soak oats in hot water for twenty minutes. Keep 2 tbsps apart.
- Mix the soaked oats, ginger-garlic paste, salt, mashed potatoes, peas and oil. Make thick batter.
- Make round, flat shapes. (or any desired shape)
- Apply corn flour and the remaining oats on each piece.
- On a frying pan, with a little oil, fry the pieces.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
