How to make it

  • Boil water with potatoes and green peas. Peel the skin of potatoes alone and mash them.
  • Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. (Add little water)
  • Chop green chillies finely.
  • Soak oats in hot water for twenty minutes. Keep 2 tbsps apart.
  • Mix the soaked oats, ginger-garlic paste, salt, mashed potatoes, peas and oil. Make thick batter.
  • Make round, flat shapes. (or any desired shape)
  • Apply corn flour and the remaining oats on each piece.
  • On a frying pan, with a little oil, fry the pieces.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
