  • Crust:
  • 2 cups cookie crumbs, NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Cheesecake Batter:
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • Batter Flavorings:
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • Mix-In's and Toppings:
  • 3/4 cup mixed into batter and 1/4 cup sprinkled on top Toasted Almonds (nuts)
  • 1/2 cup mixed into batter and 1/3 cup warmed and spread on top strawberries (preserves)

Directions
  1. CRUST: Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  3. Mix Crust ingredients; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. BATTER: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  6. Mix in Batter Flavorings.
  7. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
  8. Stir in Mix-Ins.
  9. Pour over crust.
  10. TOPPINGS: Add Toppings.
  11. BAKING: Bake 40 min or until center is almost set.
  12. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  13. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
