My Mimosa

- Good quality champagne or sparkling shopping list
- Fresh squeezed orange juice (very chilled) shopping list
- pineapple juice shopping list
- Grand Marnier shopping list
- strawberries shopping list
- Tall champagne glasses shopping list
How to make it
- Cut stems off strawberries and cut into halves.
- Place one strawberry half in the bottom of each champagne glass.
- Fill with Grand Marnier to approx. 1/3 height of strawberry.
- Add a splash of pineapple juice (just a SMALL one)
- Fill with 1/3 (total height of glass) orange juice
- Add Champagne.
- If poured right, the coloring and layering is beautiful. Not to mention the orange liqueur soaked strawberry at the end of each glass is delicious!
- Repeat until satisfied ;)
