Ingredients

3 1/2 cups white rice flour

2 1/2 cups tapioca flour

2 tablespoons Xanthan gum

2 (7 gram) packets Unflavored gelatin

2 tablespoons Egg Replacer

1/4 cup sugar

Recipe can be doubled

Directions

Stir together well or place in plastic bag and tumble. Store in pantry; no need to refrigerate
