    Is this flour good to use in any recipe where regular flour is called for? It sounds really nice and I'd like to use it if I knew what I was doing! Thanks!

    Cool--I want to try this! I am going to try this "elimination diet" my friend gave me for my allergies & see if it improves my allergy symptoms....this is a great alternative to wheat breads! TY :)
