How to make it

  • Soak peas in cold water for a day then drain thoroughly.
  • Chop all vegetable ingredients finely.
  • Place peas in a food processor and process to a paste.
  • Transfer to bowl then add turmeric, salt and pepper then and vegetable ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat oil in deep frying pan then when hot roll walnut sized pieces of paste and drop into hot oil.
  • Fry until golden brown then remove from oil and drain on kitchen towels.
  • Serve hot.
