How to make it

  • Steam/boil cauli til soft. Drain and roughly chop. Leave to cool.
  • In large bowl combine all other ingredients, then add cooled cauliflower.
  • Season and add water if necessary.
  • Drop dollops of the batter into frypan and leave 2-3 mins each side.
  • Serve warm with soup, or cold with mezethes/appetiser plate.
  • Great for lunchboxes!
