- 1 tablespoon ground red pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 pound orange marmalade shopping list
- 5 tablespoon brown mustard shopping list
- 5 tablespoon horseradish shopping list
- shrimp and Batter: shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1-3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup beer shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 48 medium shrimp peeled with tails shopping list
- 3 cups unsweetened grated coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Combine seasoning mix together in a bowl.
- Stir dipping sauce ingredients together in a second bowl.
- Have this ready at the table when the shrimp are done.
- Mix 2 teaspoons seasoning mix, 1-1/4 cup flour, beer and baking powder.
- Place this in a third bowl.
- Combine remaining flour with another 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix.
- Coat each shrimp with remaining seasoning mix.
- Dip in flour mixture then in batter then in coconut.
- Deep fry shrimp for 1 minute and drain on paper towels.
