Elegant Chocolate Cakecupcakes

This is my husbands favorite chocolate cake! This time I made this moist dessert into cupcakes! Now he can an individual mini cake as he calls it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease your cake pans or cupcake pans and flour ( 2 9 inch rounds)
- Mix all of your dry ingredients together
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla and oil
- Mix on medium speed until combined
- Stir in boiling water, the batter will then become thin
- Pour into the cupcake pans or cake pans
- For cupcakes, it takes about 20 minutes and cakes about 30
- Still check with a toothpick for doneness
- When completely cooled dust the top with some powdered sugar
