easy to make monte' cristo puffs. My mom use to make these. always yummy just add a side salad and you have a meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 lb deli turkey sliced thin (shaved)
  • 1/2 lb deli ham sliced thin (shaved) i use honey ham
  • 6 slices of swiss cheese
  • spicey brown mustard

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. unroll crescent rolls
  3. divide them into 4 rectangular pieces
  4. smooth the perferated seams to close them
  5. you should now have 4 dough rectangles
  6. spread spicy brown mustard on eash rectangle of dough
  7. layer ham, then cheese, and then turkey on each rectangle.
  8. fold dough over and seal the sides to form a square (i crimp the sides wit a fork.)
  9. place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet
  10. place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until the dough is brown
  11. plate and serve.
  12. enjoy
