How to make it

  • Combine gelatin and boiling water until dissolved. Add cold milk, sugar OR syrup and cinnamon and mix well
  • Pour into 4 individual ramekins or flan molds and cool.
  • Chill until set (3-4 hours).
  • Unmold the gelatin on individual dessert plates and garnish with the banana slices.
  • Optionally you can serve this dessert adding a little more syrup on top of the gelatin flans, some light cream aside and crushed graham crackers on top of the banana slices.
