Ingredients

1 to 2 pounds jicama, peeled

2 limes or more.. here ours are the little ones..

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon or more chili powder

Directions

Clean and slice jicama .. chill

Mix salt and chile

put all in a zip bag.. and toss....

They also serve with tamarand...

Have a drink handy...
