They sell this in zip lock bags on the bridge coming back from Mexico... Not a good idea if you don't have a drink on hand! I love this..

Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 pounds jicama, peeled
  • 2 limes or more.. here ours are the little ones..
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon or more chili powder

Directions
  1. Clean and slice jicama .. chill
  2. Mix salt and chile
  3. put all in a zip bag.. and toss....
  4. They also serve with tamarand...
  5. Have a drink handy...
