How to make it
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil. Mix together the herbes de Provence,garlic powder and black pepper. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the spice mix and place in hot skillet. Cook for about 5 mins per side,depending on the thickness of the chops.
