Zucchini Pie

- 4 cups single sliced 1/4" thick shopping list
- 1 cup warm water shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 single unbaked pie shell shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Parboil prepared zucchini in salt water until tender then drain and put in bowl.
- Add warm water, sugar, cinnamon and cream of tartar then place in unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 then top with combined topping ingredients.
- Return to oven for 45 minutes.
