Squid Salad

This salad is crunchy , very ez to make , healthy and refreshing too .
Ingredients
- 500 g squid , inside parts removed , cleaned and cut into rings shopping list
- 50 g snow peas , cut into half shopping list
- 1 carrot and 1 cucumber , strips shopping list
- 100 g beans sprouts shopping list
- Dressing ( whisk ) (: shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice , sesame oil , sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic , chopped shopping list
- Pinch of salt and red chillie flakes shopping list
- Garnish shopping list
- Sprigs of Chinese parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the squid in water for a min and drain .
- Toss with dressing until well coated and set aside for 30 mins .
- Boil snow peas and carrot for 1 min in water .
- Drain and rinse in running water for a min .
- Mix everything in a bowl and garnish .
