Ingredients
  • 3 slices ginger , slightly crushed
  • 1 s. onion , sliced
  • 100 g crabmeat , cooked and flaked
  • 800 ml broth
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 200 g bok choy , sliced
  • 1 carrot , sliced
  • Garnish :
  • Pinch of pepper and some sesame oil ( I used olive oil , can even use grapeseed oil )

Directions
  1. Fry the ginger and shallots for few secs .
  2. Add the crab meat and stir fry for 1 min .
  3. Add the broth , sauce and water .
  4. Boil .
  5. Add the veges and cook until tender .
  6. Garnish and serve at once .
