Bok Choy Crab Soup

- 3 slices ginger , slightly crushed shopping list
- 1 s. onion , sliced shopping list
- 100 g crabmeat , cooked and flaked shopping list
- 800 ml broth shopping list
- 200 ml water shopping list
- 2 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 200 g bok choy , sliced shopping list
- 1 carrot , sliced shopping list
- Garnish : shopping list
- Pinch of pepper and some sesame oil ( I used olive oil , can even use grapeseed oil ) shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the ginger and shallots for few secs .
- Add the crab meat and stir fry for 1 min .
- Add the broth , sauce and water .
- Boil .
- Add the veges and cook until tender .
- Garnish and serve at once .
