I love iced coffee anytime of the day, and I found this on the top of a Carnation evaporated milk can.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (12 fl oz) Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 4-5 tsp (to taste) instant coffee
  • 3 tsp granulated sugar
  • ice cubes

Directions
  1. Combine evaporated milk, instant coff and sugar in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir well. Pour over ice cubes.
